A friend sent this to me in the form of an email. 

Its message hit me hard.

How often have I become very annoyed

at perceived wrongs only to find that I have

been the one acting wrongly by thinking ill

of someone else. Life does have its lessons

and the following has served its purpose

in reminding me not to be so quick to judge

less I be judged in return.
